The majority of product is inspected prior to shipment. Goods should be inspected for damage upon receipt. No returns will be accepted after fifteen days from delivery date.
Any product found to be of poor quality or defective can be returned for exchange or refund. In the event a mistake is made by FDFriendly.com and the incorrect product is shipped FDFriendly.com will pay all freight charges. Returns due to incorrect ordering are your responsibility and returns will be accepted provided the customer pays the freight both to and from the shipping location.

Damages incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Please inspect your shipping carton to look for signs of damage during transit.

Prior to sending anything back a Return Authorization Form must be filled out. This will be faxed (or mailed) to you after calling to request the form. (610-584-4996)
